Times have changed since 1928 when the business was founded by Mr M B Cook, working on his own out of small offices in Hereford Street, in Christchurch.  In those days a range of property related business was transacted, but since 1987 when the present principal, Greg Horgan, purchased the company, the sole focus has been leasing and sales in the commercial and industrial sector.

Cook Commercial has developed into a team of specialist brokers with wide knowledge and experience of the Canterbury and South Island property market.  A number of our team have over 20 years industry experience that proves to be invaluable to our clients who require the extra knowledge and personal service that we can provide.
