MB Cook and Company Ltd is one of Canterbury's oldest specialist Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Companies. Established in 1928, MB Cook grew from humble beginnings to become a significant force in the South Island Commercial and Industrial property market.

In 2008, the company's 80th year, M B Cook & Co was rebranded as Cook Commercial, which it was felt best expressed the nature of business conducted. Today, the Company focuses on the sale and leasing of Commercial, Industrial and Retail properties, Design/Build projects and Business Sales in Canterbury and in particular Christchurch City and other South Island Centres.

Headed by Greg Horgan since 1987, Cook Commercial today offers developers, landlords and tenants a service that also includes facilitating design build projects, bringing land and developer together with a design and build project to suit a specific tenant's needs, and ultimately finalising the lease of the completed property.
